WH Confused Over Why Americans Disapprove Biden’s Handling of Ukraine, Russia

Perhaps the White House is actually dumber than we give them credit for, as they are now confused as to why Americans are not largely in support of how the Biden administration has handled the situation with Ukraine.

On Tuesday, Chief White House Correspondent Kristen Welker appeared on NBC News’ “Top Story” with White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby and discussed a recent poll that shows half of Americans disapprove of President Joe Biden’s handling of the Ukraine, Russia war.

The NBC poll shows 50% of Americans disapprove, while only 41% of Americans approve. Yikes.

Kirby claimed that “it’s difficult to know exactly why” people are largely disapproving.

Welker asked, “50% of Americans disagree with President Biden’s handling of the war in Ukraine. Why do you think that is?”

Kirby replied, “Well, it’s difficult to know exactly why Americans would think that way. But, again, we believe that most Americans understand what’s at stake here.”

It’s really not that hard to figure out though. Americans are tired of seeing our people and our issues put last while Biden puts the rest of the world first. Just like how Biden denied a request for federal aid from Ohio Governor Mike DeWine to help with the ecological disaster in East Palestine, in which hazardous materials were exploded after a train derailment this month. Yet, days later, Biden appeared in Ukraine and pledged another $500M to aid them in the war against Russia. That is after the BILLIONS we have already given them.

He could have put that money into cleaning up East Palestine, or Flint, Michigan, securing the border, or even securing the railway system.

However, Biden’s interests lie everywhere but home. Americans are not top priority for him.

Not to mention, we just got out of a war. We do not want dive headfirst into another. We want affordable groceries and electric bills.

THAT is why we do not support it.
