Rep. Paul Gosar believes the “real alien invasion” is the six million illegal southern border crossings that have occurred over the last two years under the leadership of Joe Biden.
The Arizona Republican’s comments come as the nation faces an unprecedented surge in contact with mysterious aircraft, dubbed “UFOs,” a controversy first sparked by the news that the Chinese government had deployed and flown a spy balloon across the continental United States.
“The real alien invasion is the one that the media doesn’t want you talking about,” Gosar tweeted on Monday. “Over six million illegal aliens have crossed our southern border in just two years.”
Since the Chinese spy balloon was shot down after making it’s way over most of the country, notably hovering over key U.S. military installations, three suspicious unidentified aircraft have been shot down by the U.S. military in Alaska, Canada, and Lake Huron, Michigan.
Valiant News previously reported that NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg suggested that the spy balloon and mysterious “UFOs” shot down over North America represent increased surveillance from Russia and China.
“You saw over the United States, it’s part of pattern, where China – but also Russia – are increasing their intelligence and surveillance activities against NATO allies, with many different platforms,” he said in a press event on Monday.
He explained, “We see it with cyber, and we see it with satellites – more and more satellites – and we see it was balloons.”
NORAD commander Gen. Glen VanHerck reported that the objects remain unidentified, and told members of the press that, “I’m not going to categorize them as balloons. We’re calling them objects for a reason.”
“I’m not able to categorize how they stay aloft. It could be a gaseous type of balloon inside a structure or it could be some type of a propulsion system. But clearly, they’re able to stay aloft,” he said, adding that NORAD is “hesitant” to “attribute it to any specific country.”
“We don’t know,” Gen. VanHerck noted.
