Trump Breaks Horrible News: Lynette Hardaway of ‘Diamond and Silk’ Has Died

On Monday evening, former President Donald Trump broke the horrible news that Ineitha Lynette Hardaway, also known as “Diamond” in the popular duo “Diamond and Silk,” has passed away at the ripe young age of 51.

“Really bad news for Republicans and frankly, ALL Americans. Our beautiful Diamond, of Diamond and Silk, has just passed away at her home in the State she loved so much, North Carolina,” Trump said in a released statement on his Truth Social account.

“Silk was with her all the way, and at her passing. There was no better TEAM anywhere, or at any time! Diamond’s death was totally unexpected, probably her big and precious HEART just plain gave out. Rest In Peace our Magnificent Diamond, you will be greatly missed!” he continued.

How absolutely heartbreaking. Diamond was a voice for many and as Trump said, she will be greatly missed.

The Diamond and Silk twitter account wrote Monday night, “The World just lost a True Angel and Warrior Patriot for Freedom, Love, and Humanity! Please respect the privacy of Diamond’s family! Memorial Ceremony TBA.”

As of now, there has not been a cause of death released.

A GiveSendGo fundraising campaign was created for Diamond, and at this time, as already raised more than $44,000 as people donate and leave heartfelt messages for the woman we all grew to love.

There is also an option to send a “prayer,” in which you can send an “encouraging message or prayer to the campaign owner” to “let them know you are praying for them.” At this time, there have been more than 12,000 “prayers” sent.

Rest In Peace, sister in Christ!
