On Tuesday, President Joe Biden held a ceremony at the White House to sign the “Respect for Marriage Act.”
However, the act is not exactly what it sounds like….rather than sanctifying the biblical meaning of marriage between a man and woman, it is an act to codify same-sex marriage.
During his speech on the South Lawn, the president claimed that people are being “thrown out” of restaurants for being “gay.”
“When a person can be married in the morning, and thrown out of a restaurant for being gay in the afternoon, this is still wrong,” he said.

I don’t know about you, but I have not heard of a SINGLE reference of people being thrown out of any establishment for being gay. Perhaps they have been denied service, such as when a Christian cake-shop refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple because it went against the owner’s religious beliefs.
However, that is not throwing them out of a restaurant for being gay.
Nor is that a one-way street considering just earlier this month a group was denied service at the Metzger Bar and Butchery in Virginia for being Christian Conservatives.
The bar claimed that the group was seeking to “deprive women and LGBTQ+ persons of their basic rights in Virginia” because of their beliefs, adding that they have “always refused service to anyone for making our staff feel uncomfortable and unsafe and this was the driving force behind our decision.”
Or maybe Biden was mixing gay people up with the unvaccinated? I distinctly remember numerous stories over the last few years of restaurants and stores not allowing people in unless they were vaccinated. But being thrown out of a restaurant for being gay? Unheard of.
Remember when Joe Biden used to stand by his belief that marriage is between a man and woman? He may not remember in his current state of mind, but thankfully it is on film so there is no denying it.
