Could a “termination” of the United States Constitution be admissible? Normally I would argue against it. However, the bombshell report showing that the Democrat Party colluded with Twitter to suppress Conservatives and news harmful to Democrats (like the Hunter Biden laptop story) leaves us in uncharted waters.
Former President Donald Trump suggested a “termination” of the Constitution on Saturday after journalist Matt Taibbi shared a report in a series of tweets regarding Twitter’s internal communications during the 2020 election, courtesy of new CEO Elon Musk.

Trump posted on his Truth Social account, “So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION?”
He added, “A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!”
Trump later shared that he is “glad that everyone is now seeing the light on what I have been saying loud and clear for the last two years, that the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged and stolen by a combination of Democrats, Big Tech, “law enforcement,” and other bad actors. Sadly, we have become a corrupt Country, perhaps one of the most corrupt anywhere in the world. We MUST right this horrible wrong, and take our Country back!”
The former president noted that America is being laughed at by the world with all of the revelations being brought to light. “The world is laughing at the United States of America and its corrupt and rigged Presidential Election of 2020!” he said. “UNPRECEDENTED FRAUD REQUIRES UNPRECEDENTED CURE!”
Trump then laid into “RINO” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell: “I wonder what Mitch McConnell, the RINOS, and all of the weak Republicans who couldn’t get the Presidential Election of 2020 approved and out of the way fast enough, are thinking now? They are a disgrace to our great Party, and to our Nation, which has become a laughing stock all over the World!”
With that, I have to wholeheartedly agree with 45. He, along with a majority of Americans, knew that the election was rigged. We knew there was no way that sleepy Joe Biden could have won. We spoke out and begged for justice, yet we were met with a swift kick in the side and told to shut up from the very people who are supposed to represent us.
The entire time that Democrats were accusing Trump of interfering in the election, while also claiming he was in cahoots with Russia to steal the 2016 election, they were actually doing it through Twitter censorship to protect the Biden legacy.
As the age old saying goes, “Accuse your opponents of what YOU are actually doing, while YOU are doing it, to create confusion.”
