Sen. Cruz Calls for FBI Raid on Hunter Biden’s Home

According to Senator Ted Cruz, Hunter Biden was running his business and making money by selling access to his father, then Vice President Joe Biden.

Cruz tweeted that “At a minimum, the FBI needs to search Hunter’s home and business addresses for classified documents,” with a video of him speaking on Fox News.

During the clip of his appearance on FNC, the senator said, “At a minimum, [Hunter] made a business out of selling access to daddy, making millions of dollars.”

He continued, “What he was offering to sell is exactly the type of material that is contained in classified briefings.”

Cruz renewed his call for the FBI to conduct a search on Hunter Biden’s home for classified material.

Cruz also called for a raid on Hunter’s home in January, while speaking on FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”

“It seems he leaves classified documents wherever he goes. And we also know that Hunter Biden at times was — declared his residence to be those very same places,” he said, in reference to Hunter’s license that listed the Delaware home as his residence.

“I also believe it is critical for the FBI to search Hunter Biden’s homes, home, and office residences to make sure there are no classified documents there, given all the evidence that’s piling up. We need to ascertain who’s had access to what and when,” Cruz added.

Cruz is not the first lawmaker to call for an investigation into Hunter and his business dealings, and he continues to be a key focus point in the GOP’s plan to investigate the Biden family and their business dealings as a whole.

Federal investigators stated that they have enough evidence at least charge Hunter with tax crimes, as well as falsifying paperwork in relation to a 2018 gun purchase. However, federal authorities have not produced conclusions of “wrongdoings” on behalf of the family.
