FL Supreme Court Approves DeSantis’ Petition for Grand Jury to Investigate Big Pharma

The Supreme Court of Florida has approved a petition from Governor Ron DeSantis to investigate Big Pharma for “civil and criminal wrongdoing related to its COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.”

This is a huge deal considering vaccine manufacturers have gone through extensive measures to protect themselves from being sued for vaccine injuries.

The court order reads, “A statewide grand jury shall be promptly impaneled for a term of twelve calendar months, to run from the date of impanelment, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses stated herein.”

“The Petitioner, the Honorable Ron DeSantis, Governor of Florida, has alleged that good and sufficient reason exists and that it is in the public interest to impanel a statewide grand jury, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses listed,” it continues.

According to Trending Politics:

The grand jury probe will have sweeping scope and will include many targets for investigation. Those include: “Individuals, persons, and entities, including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical manufacturers (and their executive officers) and other medical associations or organizations involved in the design, development, clinical testing or investigation, manufacture, marketing, representation, advertising, promotion, labeling, distribution, formulation, packing, sale, purchase, donation, dispensing, prescribing, administration, or use of vaccines purported to prevent COVID-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission.”

The grand jury will also investigate “other criminal activity or wrongdoing that the statewide grand jury uncovers during the course of the investigation if it determines that pursuing the criminal activity or wrongdoing is in the best interests of the investigation.”

DeSantis provided an example of the potential criminal fraud in his original petition. He stated, “It is likely that individuals and companies with an incentive to do so” painted a false perception to people that taking the shot would prevent them from contracting or spreading the virus.

DeSantis noted that it is “impossible to imagine that so many influential individuals came to this view on their own.”

President Joe Biden and White House Covid-19 adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci are two of the most notable figures who spread the false notion.

The Florida Supreme Court has appointed Tampa-based judge Ronald Ficarrotta to preside over the grand jury, which is slated to meet for one year. Grand jury members are expected to be drawn from five judicial circuits. Statewide grand juries are typically comprised of 18 members. The grand jury will include at least five justices, who must participate in every case. At least four judges must agree in order for a decision to be reached.

Let’s hope this case gets somewhere and isn’t just swept under the rug like other cases of vaccine wrongdoing.
