Joe Biden reportedly took out a line of credit for $250,000 against his Delaware home in Rehoboth Beach only weeks before his son Hunter was formally slapped with a defamation lawsuit brought forth by former Mac repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac.
Biden took out a $250,000 line of credit on his Delaware beach home from M&T Bank on December 5, 2022, according to a new report from Fox News. Biden, along with his wife Jill, first bought the house in 2017 for over $2.7 million, according to Sussex County records.
The reason for Biden quietly taking out a six figure line of credit on his beach house, which was recently found to be home to a trove of classified documents, is currently unclear.

Some have stated that the move seems “mysterious” as the president continues to be entrenched numerous classified documents scandals stemming back from when he served as a Delaware Senator and Vice President during the Obama administration.
Earlier this month, Hunter Biden was served with a defamation lawsuit by Isaac, the owner of the Delaware computer repair shop where he abandoned his laptop, only days before Hunter’s attorney demanded the Department of Justice investigate him.

Speaking to Tucker Carlson last week, Isaac said he was a “little bit” intimidated by Hunter Biden’s call for a criminal probe into him, but that he has “been dealing with intimidation from all fronts” over the last two years and has gotten used to it.
“This isn’t as bad as being accused as a traitor and working with Russia to affect an election, but it’s pretty close.”
Abbe Lowell, a high-powered Democrat attorney representing Hunter Biden, previously penned letters to Biden’s Department of Justice and the Delaware state attorney, alleging that Isaac, the owner of the computer shop, had caused harm to Hunter by allowing its contents to be disseminated and published — seemingly verifying the authenticity of the laptop itself, as well as it’s contents.

A 2022 report from Marco Polo Group, led by Ziegler, a former Trump White House staffer, alleged that information taken from Biden’s laptop shows evidence of 459 business, sex, and drug-related crimes committed by Hunter. The report features several articles published by Valiant News, and separate works written by Valiant News reporters.
“Our report is essentially a subcommittee report from the U.S. Congress. That’s what it is,” Ziegler said. “What we don’t want to see happen — if the Republicans, or if the Democrats wake up tomorrow, and care about pursuing the equal application of the law in the United States — we don’t want them saying they ‘need another year to investigate.’ I have investigated for a year.”
“I’ve written 634 pages, and everything is footnoted, and the 459 is a floor, not a ceiling. So, it’s really about putting people in a corner and making them do it,” Ziegler told Valiant News.
