Rep. Ogles to Lead Capitol Hill Presser on DOJ Targeting of School Parents
Dossier details DOJ weaponization, features dozens of parent testimonies, calls for Executive Order to provide restitution
Washington, D.C.—On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. ET, Tennessee Congressman Andy Ogles and the Parents Demanding Justice Alliance (PDJA) will hold a press conference at the House Triangle to submit a landmark 33-page dossier titled “Testimonies of Parents Targeted by DOJ Weaponization: 2021-2025” to the Federal Weaponization Working Group.
The report—compiled by PDJA in coordination with dozens of impacted families—documents widespread federal targeting, surveillance, and intimidation against parents who peacefully exercised their constitutional rights to speak at school board meetings in defense of their children’s innocence.
“This press conference is about reclaiming the First Amendment,” says Ogles. “What these parents endured was un-American, unconstitutional, and unacceptable. We intend to get answers—and restore justice.”
“This is not about politics,” say PDJA Co-Founders Sam Sorbo and Kelly John Walker. “It’s about truth, accountability, and healing. We call on all Americans to stand with these courageous parents.”
