DOJ Action Due Jan 15

The Parents Demanding Justice Alliance (PDJA) emailed a letter on Dec. 23 on behalf of the parents we represent, calling for immediate action for families demonstrably harmed by DOJ actions under Garland and Monaco.

Our expectation aligns with the DOJ memorandum Restoring the Integrity and Credibility of the Department of Justice (Feb. 5, 2025), issued under Attorney General Bondi in response to the President’s Executive Order “Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government,” which states: “The Department of Justice must take immediate and overdue steps to restore integrity and credibility with the public…

We recognize workload and resource constraints, but these steps are long overdue. PDJA has repeatedly offered to do the work necessary to resolve this matter and has traveled to Washington at our own expense on numerous occasions.

During multiple news appearances, hosts have repeatedly asked Sam Sorbo and me: Why hasn’t this happened yet? Many have noted this should be an easy and just win for President Trump.

PDJA remains committed to securing restitution and recognition for parents who stood up to institutions that indoctrinated, mutilated, and harmed their children. America First Legal, FreedomTalk, and others have documented DOJ coordination to target dissenting parents through a domestic-terrorism designation and jurisdictional maneuvering that masked federal persecution as state action. As such, all charges incurred at state level can and must be pardoned by President Trump.

Accordingly, PDJA demands by Jan. 15: a formal DOJ apology; acknowledgment of the Biden administration’s conspiracy against parents; signing of the PDJA-submitted executive order with a restitution plan; and appointment of a special prosecutor to defend parents still under persecution, issue subpoenas, and hear testimony. Rescinding the Garland memo accomplished nothing and only emboldened further abuse.

These actions represent the minimum owed after five years of targeting, threats, and financial ruin inflicted by their own government. We respectfully request action so we may report progress to the media and demonstrate that President Trump—the “Parent in Chief”—stands with America’s parents, rather than reporting that the administration has failed them.
