Dear Mr. President,
With respect, the Parents Demanding Justice Alliance (PDJA) writes to urgently seek decisive and immediate action for families targeted under Merrick Garland’s corrupt DOJ.
The previous administration pursued concerned school parents with breathtaking speed, yet your administration has consistently failed to provide the justice voters were promised. Victims still await relief, even after evidence showed the Garland Memo branding parents “domestic terrorists” was coordinated with the Biden White House. After DOJ attorneys said there was no constitutional basis for such actions, Garland and Monaco solicited state prosecutors and school officials to carry them out.
Mr. President, we fear you may not know how severely this issue is being mishandled—or how boldly your directives are being disregarded by perpetrators who believe they won’t be held accountable and continue persecuting parents nationwide. At least three parents have taken their lives, believing no one will deliver them from severe repercussions.
PDJA has exhausted every proper channel in good faith. We have:
- Hand-delivered our Dossier of Targeted Parents to your team
- Held the July 15 Capitol Hill “Vindicating Parents” conference with Reps. Ogles & Biggs
- Submitted a proposed Executive Order
- Repeatedly appealed to AG Pam Bondi, AAG Harmeet Dhillon, Ed Martin, Vince Hayley, and the DOE Office for Civil Rights
On October 7, General Bondi wrongly testified that the targeting had “ended,” even as an October 16 hearing—where parents were set to testify—was abruptly canceled. No apology, subpoenas, FOIAs, or investigations followed. Meanwhile, Senators secured for themselves exclusive protections under Arctic Frost—a two-tiered justice system at odds with the 14th Amendment.
We hereby request:
- Immediate appointment of a Special Prosecutor for Targeted Parents with full subpoena, FOIA, and indictment authority
- Delivery of the promised Bondi apology, completion of the PDJA Executive Order, and a White House ceremony honoring the parents who stood for America’s children
We trust you will do what is right.
Respectfully,
Kelly John Walker, Sam Sorbo, PDJA Co-Founders
Joe Hoft, Alex Newman, David Sumrall, Andrea Walker, Seak Smith, Liza Rickard, more…
